Responsible for Data Centers Power & Energy Optimization.
Drafted and Signed off First Level Maintenance contracts against Generators, AC and DC powers, Precision & Comfort HVAC & CRAC system, Firefighting system for Nationwide MSC’s and Data Centers. It included Vendor Technical Evaluation Criteria, SOW for RFQ, HOTO checklist creation etc.
Managed E2E project to synergize the procedures and implemented technical practices
Presented and implemented Automation of Data Centers PM/CM procedure on mobile app.
Responsible for E2E Power and Environment handling ensuring KPIs are properly met.
Initiated and completed many highly energy efficient projects to make the Data Centers disaster free environment

Involved as Project Manager in development of state of the art, Tier-3 Data Center, complying TIA-942 standard. Data Center is first of its kind in country. Project was currently under execution phase and was well before schedule.

Responsible for E2E Power and Environment on Nationwide Data Centers of Largest Cellular Service providing company
Designed AC/DC System for Data Centers with Emerson NETSURE 701 & 801 & Delta PSE3 for Loads upto 300KW.
Upgradation of existing end of life and support rectifier systems to modernized systems through Infill Solution
Modular 300KVA UPS with modular batteries cabinets having 1-hour backup at 80% loading for critical Data Center facilities
Power Re-org which includes E2E Electrical systems GENSETs, ATS Panel, Rectifier & UPS systems in N+1 redundancy compliance with TIA-942 Rated-3 Data Centers
Performed testing and troubleshooting of circuits using OTDR and BERT Equipment, also managed to installation shelves, power strips, rails, cables patching, and customer equipment as per requirement.
Designing of Rectifier Backup with different DC loads in hybrid and standalone configurations.

Monitored and reviewed work beliefs, technical specifications and specialist technical input to ensure adherence to project procurement principles and ensure designs comply with planning approvals, relevant national and international quality and safety standards and are fit for purpose
UAT Telco and Non-Telco Standards inspection in order to perform quality audits on all new builds for sites acceptance.

BSS Engineer - (RAN)
(from August 2008 to April 2011)
Provided Nationwide BSS Support (Huawei & Motorola) to the field teams and provided them level-2 support with faulty spares handling.
Responsible for Designing and implementation of Hybrid Power solution of Telecom network in different on grid and off grid scenarios.
Ensured BSS trouble tickets closure by regions on daily basis and weekly progress meetings with vendors.
Handled complete BSS equipment Repair and Return(R&R) Process and Co-ordinated with Vendors (Motorola, Alcatel, Huawei) for timely shipments and handing over the operational spares back in regions.
Monitored daily KPI / SLA’s (Outage / Fluctuations) Nationwide and followed up from regions for early issue resolution.
