Back in England I worked within the fast food industry for a company called Burger King which is equal to Hungry Jacks here in Australia, for over 10 years I have worked my way up to and over this time I have gained plenty of knowledge in regards to customer service and how the food industry works, my job roles range from:
Making sure all staff are following the correct kitchen and food procedures also following Health and Safety procedures.
Waste, Inventory, Stock and Delivery Management for the restaurant.
Making sure my customers get a fantastic service all the time by giving them hot and fresh food all served with a smile, we do this by giving our staff the best of training when they start and after to make sure standards do not slip.
Target setting for all staff to maximise our sales during peak trading times.
I have experience doing GP (Gross Profit) P&L (Profit and Loss).
I would like an opportunity to use the skills I have learned from my recent job in the UK and from Higher Education in a new job to not just benefit me but another organisation too
