I have worked with government organised Health Care Industry at Mental Health Institution in Singapore as an Administrative Assistant. My role includes but not limited to organizing, prioritising, and confidentiality of documents. I have assisted Executives with their hospital projects and as and when necessary was an Administrative Assistant to our Head of Department/Director. And General Administration works. I have experienced working with SAP for materials and stocks ordering and inventory. I am proficient Microsoft Office word and excel. And I am able to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
I have also worked with corporate organisations like OCBC Bank and BDS Bank in Singapore, in a large and busy Customer Care Call Center. I experinenced working with KPI's and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
And in various Retail Organisations in the Philippines, Singapore and Australia.
