The business has expanded over the last few years and this is a new position that will involve various tasks. Your role will be to oversee all pre-production, scheduling of all work as well Maintain QA Systems.
This will involve the following; pre-production to vet all orders from sales, checking all drawings, checking materials are ordered and in stock, checking scheduling, release jobs to run smoothly and on schedule, raise assembly procedures, design checklists and processes, and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
The ideal person will also need to have design knowledge using Solidworks / Tru-Tops nesting software. Its is necessary to be flexible with skills and be willing to move around the section to keep up with demand. A strong background in Sheetmetal and Fabrication is a must in this role.
