DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reading drawings designed from engineering department
Analysing information, Job manuals, purchase orders, supplier invoices, credit notes
Assembling and manufacturing electrical apparatus
Drilling enclosures
Light duty Machining
Milling
Sheet metal work
Electrical assembly
Implement new processes
Receipting the delivery
Inventory management
Inventory control
Stock takes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be able to work permanently in Australia.
Must have between 3 – 4 years of Worksop Assembly Experience.

Desirable
Have ensured 100% of hours worked are billable.
Have a very high attention to detail and 100% Accuracy.
Have a history of process improvement and reducing time on projects by up to 30%.
Have a history of undertaking 50% of the “high level concept work” for all projects.
Have a history of ensuring projects are completed 100% on time, on budget and meeting the client’s quality standards.
Have a history of consistently work collaboratively with the colleagues.
Be highly safety conscious and have achieved Zero lost time injuries.
Must have referees who are business owners or senior managers who can verify their workplace achievements and character.
Have a forklift licence.
Have a senior first aid certificate.

Senior Structural Engineer with structural integrity and demonstrated site inspection experience. You’ll manage a team of inspectors, allocate resources, plan work, manage budgets and liaise with key clients. Structural Engineer with some structural integrity and/or site inspection experience, or a desire to grow in this field. Your skills, experience and attributes:
Senior Engineer: Ideally you’ll be an experienced structural engineer with a minimum of 10-15 years engineering and site inspection experience. You will have responsibility for inspection and reporting on the structural integrity of heavy industrial and materials handling structures and equipment. Key attributes we are seeking are:
Structural steel & concrete inspection experience • Knowledge of structural steel & concrete design & analysis (preferred) • Ability to lead, manage and mentor a small team • Experience with hands on site inspection work • Inspection exp. with heavy industrial structures, & materials handling equipment • Knowledge of AS1170, AS4100, AS3600 (AS4324.1 preferred) • Well developed verbal and interpersonal skills • Strong report writing skills • Experience with risk management • Be physically fit (pass medicals) & able to work at remote sites.You will manage proposals, schedule work as well as liaise with clients and oversee the work and completed reports. RPEQ status in civil/structural field is required (or be able to attain within 6 months).
Engineer: Ideally you’ll be a structural engineer from recent graduate level with anywhere from 0 and up to 7-10 years engineering and/or site inspection experience, or a desire to grow in this field.
