Due to company growth, I am seeking 3 experienced and hands on Maintenance Technicians/Handymen to work across a varied Commercial and Retail Property portfolio within Melbourne's CBD.
These positions will report directly into the VIC State Manager and will be Monday-Friday hours with the opportunity to earn extra over time hours. You will work across multiple sites attending to all preventative and reactive maintenance requests from clients.
 About the role:
Attend to all reactive and preventative maintenance works within the clients portfolio Building relationships with clients, senior management and contractors on site Ensure all WHS and OHS systems are implemented and being adhered to Ability to perform a range of ad hoc maintenance tasks such as light fixtures, carpentry, basic electrical work, plumbing Log all works and completed tasks through the online phone app, ensuring everything is submitted correctly
About you:
2-3 years maintenance experience within the commercial or retail sectors The ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues   Confident in using phone apps to log completed work orders Strong customer service skills essential Good communication skills both written and verbal. A Valid White Card - mandaory A clear National Police Check - mandatory
*Candidates from a carpentry or electrical background will be highly regarded.*

Recognised as a one of the leading providers of building management systems (BMS) and total energy management solutions, this highly dynamic and progressive organization, with clients in the commercial buildings, retail, educational, healthcare and industrial facilities, is looking to appoint a Service Engineer for their Service team in Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out service activities in the form of either regular maintenance or breakdown services of BMS systems at various client sites. In this capacity, you will be required to perform diagnoses, fault repairs, basic programming, and commissioning of controls systems, ensuring client satisfactions and minimization of system down downtime. As also a secondary part of your role, you will be required to run small work projects, including system design, programming, and commissioning. You are expected to take an active role in providing quotes and estimates to client queries for additional services.
Ideally, you should have either an Electrical or HVAC trade background, good customer service mindset, and a passion for technical trouble shooting and fault-finding work. Prior knowledge of BMS or HVAC control systems will be beneficial, although not essential, as we are seeking a team player with good energy level, and genuine desire and willingness to learn and acquire new system technical knowledge.
An attractive salary package including a base salary , superannuation, and a fully maintained company vehicle will be offered to commensurate the right candidate.
