You will manage a team of ICT specialist's supporting all technology for 1 customer. You will also play a significant part in transitioning staff and technology to other teams, working with the associate director, other managers and the staff involved to integrate the support processes for this customer into standard processes and teams.
We will trust you to:
Lead and manage the team to ensure achievement of agreed service levels and optimal system and operations performance. • Ongoing analysis and review of service delivery to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the services for the organisation, this also includes working through the transition of staff and technologies. • Lead the implementation and delivery of new systems, technologies and services, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the organisation whilst upholding core IT security best practices. • Plan and manage employee lifecycle activities including oversee the recruitment of staff, induction, capability development, and monitor and improve staff performance. • Provide regular updates and reports to Associate Director on operational and project services delivered by the team including impacts on resources, contracts and other aspects of service delivery. • Engage and manage all processes and stakeholders (including vendors, customer and other technical teams) related to the support and delivery of services within the team. • Engage with BAU and project teams to effectively plan and resource services to be delivered by the team.
