Your New Role

You could be supporting someone with daily tasks such as personal care or accompanying them on meaningful community outings. Working in a rotating shift in a high care group home environment, the successful candidates will have ongoing set hours per week on top of any shifts they pick up with other clients.

About the role
This role sits within the Disability Support Operations Team and reporting up to the Team Leader, you will play an integral part in providing support to clients during the onboarding process and follow up on services and the supervision of our supprt workers on placements. Assist in building, reviewing and updating the customer profile from our database system Ensure that all complaints received are acknowledged, actioned and responded to in a professional manner in accordance with our policies Monitor client plan end dates, ensure proper individuals are notified and actioned appropriately Act as a liaison for our Support Workers and assist with their skill development as well as processing their weekly progress summaries.
