Your New Role
We are looking for multiple experienced support workers that are willing to travel to Concord to support various clients with high care needs. You will be assisting them with reaching their goals and to make a positive contributions to their quality of life.
You could be supporting someone with daily tasks such as personal care or accompanying them on meaningful community outings. Working in a rotating shift in a high care group home environment, the successful candidates will have ongoing set hours per week on top of any shifts they pick up with other clients.
