SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Our client is a leading supplier of Specialised Disability Equipment & Assistive Technology. They provide solutions for clients ranging from manual wheelchairs through to complex powered mobility, seating and pressure care needs.
This is an opportunity for positive and outgoing tradesperson or service technician to do what they are good at and really make a difference in someone's life. You will be hands on, and will be able to assemble using power tools, have an exceptional attention to detail and have electrical mechanical experience or similar.
The role is varied and you will never be bored between assembling and repairing the wheelchairs, helping the sales team, going out to suppliers and meeting customers and changing lives
Full time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm
Based in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches
$55,000 + Superannuation
You will be responsible for:
* Equipment service and repairs
* Product assembly and delivery
* Assisting in sales follow up activities
* Collections from suppliers
Based in the Northern Beaches you will cover the Sydney Metro area as required and possible regional travel as required.
The successful applicant:
* Fit and energetic as some lifting required
* Customer Service Experience
* Clean professional presentation
* Able to work autonomously and in a busy team environment
* Current full driver's licence
* Working with Children and National Police Checks will be required
* Local and intrastate travel may be required
* Trade background preferred, Electrical Mechanical Experience

Repair Centre Technician
In this position you will be based in the Repair Centre and supporting the Repair Centre Manager, joining a team of repair technicians, cleaning mechanical parts of ATM machines & doing assembly type work using small tools. You will have your own work bench where you may sit down or stand up. To work in the Repair Centre carrying out repairs on a range of machines and technologies in a professional and quality focussed manner, fault finding, diagnosis and repairs.
We are looking for technicians with previous small parts cleaning, repair and servicing type experience. You will have experience with tasks using small hand tools such as; air blowers, soldering, building computers etc. Handy industry experience from the printing industry or working with poker/ gaming machines.
The role is based in Frenchs Forest, and will be for a minimum of 3 - 12 months.
$25p/hr + super

What you will be doing:
Working in the repair centre carrying out repair on a range of ATM's Fault diagnosis Component level repair Testing Performs work with high standards and using quality workmanship Conducting all activities in accordance with the Quality Management System Works safely at all times, report hazards and incidents and follows training, policies and safe work procedures. Essential Criteria:
Sound PC skills, Excel and Word experience Microsoft Outlook Computer hardware experience production or assembly type experience Demonstrated ability in the repair of electro-mechanical equipment Previous experience in repairing ATM's will be held in high regard but is not essential Excellent attention to detail Able to follow detailed instructions Works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting ability
