Your new role
will be as part of the maintenance team and will involve a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
New machinery installation. Preventative and Corrective Maintenance on moulding machines, electrical induction furnaces, mixers and other related equipment. Welding (MIG & Stick) and fabrication.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have experience in heavy industry such as metal processing, heavy plastics or building materials production. Other key requirements for the role include:
Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter. Strong experience with Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems. Demonstrated an ability to weld (MIG & Stick) and fabricate. A working knowledge of Electrical fault finding would be advantageous and a Restricted Electrical licence is highly regarded. You should be willing to work independently when required.

This role will commence on a temporary basis for a probationary period and will then progress to a permanent position. It must be noted that this is not a short term role but represents a long term career option.
Overtime is available both during the week and at the weekend, generally one Saturday in every three week period.
