• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
• Proven industry experience on +$20m mixed use residential projects
• The ability to report accurately & directly to the PM on the operational and financial success of the projects
• Proven experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.
• Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements

About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate/Junior Developer to join Civica and work within our Health Solutions business.  By joining us you are able to participate in interesting and challenging projects as well as receive mentoring by amazing senior developers who aim to support you during your life at Civica.
Assist with the project development and system maintenance for the Health Solutions team Interpret the broader business requirements and provide innovative solutions Requirements gathering, product development and maintenance, and solution proposals Undertake system demonstration, release, and documentation Maintain a high quality development standard Handle enquiries and provide support, tackling challenging issues and troubleshooting Maintain legacy applications (training will be provided)

About Your Next Role
A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or another IT specialism Some experience in Object-Oriented Programming Languages such as .NET Knowledge of Web Technologies including DHTML, CSS, Web/SOAP Services and JavaScript High attention to detail with strong problem solving skills Excellent communication skills and fluency in English Ability to maintain a high level of organisation and proactivity under pressure Willingness to learn and grow
