Our sales team are seeking a highly-motivated individual who is strongly organised and understands the effort and skills required for New Business Development.
This role requires the successful candidate to display the disciplines associated within a selling environment that is structured and supported with clear goals and direction, whilst still being trusted to work autonomously. 
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your sales experience will assist in performing duties including recognising future business opportunities, building relationships, developing and implementing strategic territory management, instigating market research to target potential business, as well as effective account management and retention of existing business within your designated territory.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include: 
Identify, create and manage new business sales opportunities in a proactive and innovative manner;  Experience working towards agreed KPI's and new business sales targets;  Plan, implement and evaluate ongoing sales activity within designated territory;  Provide weekly and monthly pipeline and activity reports to management;  Design, plan and implement an effective retention strategy within the designated territory Represent and attend local and interstate trade shows and conferences as required.
 
Ideally having had experience in a similar role, the following skills and competencies would be highly regarded: 
Knowledge of and/or experience within the Property Management/Real Estate profession, or a service industry supporting the Property Management industry is not essential, but highly preferred. Proficient in the regular use of a CRM for reporting all in-field activity, in addition to a solid skillset with Word, Excel and PowerPoint  Demonstrated high level capacity in selling skills with diverse and challenging clients, including the ability to influence and communicate form small clients to large franchise offices to achieve set monthly sales targets.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a "flair" for creativity on how to "win the business". 3 + years' experience in sales, preferably in a new business type role. Current motor vehicle licence 
A 70K package plus performance based commission awaits the right candidate.  All tools of the trade will be provided.
