The South–West PARC is a 10 bed residential facility servicing the catchment of South-West Health Care. A PARC facility provides an option for people who are becoming unwell or who are in the early stages of their recovery and would benefit from a short period of additional support, in a residential facility, to strengthen their biological, psychological and social well-being.
The Lead Practitioner provides practice leadership and direction to Mind staff in the delivery of the psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery programs and services and is on site at all times to ensure Mind staff are supported in their work.
 
In this role you will:
