JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing support to our client in the Home and in the community will be core. Following the requirements specified on our personalized support plan for the client as well as their behaviour support plan, providing one on one support. Duties include personal care, domestic duties, social support, transport, rec activities and Meal preperation/shopping.
This role:
This role is based in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide preferably living in areas Morphett Vale, Sheidow Park, Christies beach, Seaford and surrounding suburbs (if NOT surrounding suburbs MUST be willing to travel). Suitable candidate will be hired on a casual basis with huge opportunity to grow within the team. The shifts will cover weekdays and weekends AM & PM shifts. MUST be prepared to use vehicle for travel/community access (km’s paid by HCA).
You must have
Experience with challenging behaviours prefered • Experience supporting Youth with Disabilities (physical and intellectual) • Able to read a behaviour support plan • Use your own vehicle for travel e.g pick up from school, community access before dropping home MUST HAVE FULLY COMP INSURANCE to be considered • Able to start ASAP • Flexibility with your roster
