Airport Retail Enterprises is a well established and successful business with Airport Sites located at the Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Coolangatta, Townsville and Mount Isa Airports.
We require a self driven Food and Beverage Manager for our Sydney Airport Operation.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager we require an experienced F&B professional with a proven ability to drive success and achieve required results in autonomous situations.
You will possess solid experience in the management of teams including Rosters, wage costing, staff development and training.
This is a hands on role taking responsibility & ownership of Site operations whilst monitoring and influencing all revenue & sales, controlling of costs and business direction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities…

Our client, a Restaurant and Bar in Sydney, NSW, is looking to fill a full time position for a skilled and experienced Accountant. The organisation has enjoyed significant recent growth and expects to continue this trend over the coming years ahead.
Company requires a professional and experienced Accountant for accounting and analytical requirements for its business. If you are a reliable, self-motivated, highly organised person with a positive attitude then this role is for you.
You must hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting. Previous experience as Accountant will be an added advantage.

In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Prepare, examine, or analyse accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Provide internal auditing services
• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems.

The offer consists of 3-4 hours of recipe development in a workshop kitchen in the eastern suburbs for 1-2 months.
