Responsibilities for the role include, but not limited to
- Attending to the day-to-day management of the business
- Human resources management
- Marketing and promotion
- Daily supervision of guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, security and property maintenance
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients (employers)

- Be well presented
- Committed to outstanding customer service
- Work independently with a team environment
- Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license
- Be flexible with work hours and be prepared to be on call
- At least 1 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager in any industry, but ideally tourism or customer based.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication & organisational abilities

The Role

The Person
We are looking for a career oriented, self motivated candidate who is a 'puzzle completer' and enjoys problem solving. Being in the Hospitality industry, immaculate presentation is essential, as is a helpful and courteous manner. Deadlines are always looming so this cannot faze you.
Minimum requirements also include:
• Strong technical background in Corporate AV or a similar field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
• Problem solving / fault finding skills
• A thorough understanding of OH&S obligations
• Computer skills – especially Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint)
• A full non-restricted Driver License
• Capable of working at height – a lifter ticket will be an advantage
• Articulate, motivated and confident
• Able to work to deadlines and establish goals
Basically a minimum of 2 years in a role with a strong technical and hospitality background is great but we are open to other experiences. A relevant tertiary qualification would be well regarded.
