Lovely, relaxed family running a picturesque Horse Stud Farm near Scone, Hunter Valley are looking for an experienced Nanny to care for their lovely 3 yr old daughter and new baby boy who will be 5 months old.
Their current nanny has been very happy here and will be happy to chat to you about this lovely family and the role in more detail.
Both mum and dad work on the property so are nearby if nanny needs assistance and are looking for a mature, kind nanny with solid experience caring for young children with an interest/background in Early Years Education.
This is a fabulous experience for a Nanny who will enjoy living in a lovely peaceful spot and likes animals , especially horses. The nanny will have their own private room and ensuite with TV/WIFI.
The house is just 10 minutes drive from Scone, which is a small & vibrant town with lots of lovely cafes and boutique stores. The large horse industry in the area means there is a fabulous population of young people from all over the world, including many other Au pairs & Nannies.
In addition to private accommodation and meals, you will receive a weekly wage plus access to a car
Hours are Monday-Friday: 6am-12pm & 2pm-4pm with all weekends off for you to do as you please!
The role also includes some help with meal preparations & light housework.
This family are really laid back couple who enjoy being fit & active, will welcome their nanny as part of their family.

This family love to cook, garden and hang out at home. They live in a lovely leafy community, not far from the CBD and enjoy cycling, going to the coast and spending time with family.
The family have a cozy and comfortable family home with a big garden with vegetables and fruit and lots of native birds.
Their parent’s also have a farm which is around an hour from Canberra and where the family spend some weekends. You would be welcome to join us and see a real Australian farm, including native animals!
The Au Pair will have her own bedroom. It has a single bed, storage underneath and some hanging space and a desk. It’s a lovely sunny room with a view out onto the garden.
The house is located only a 5 minute walk from the local shops where there is excellent coffee, supermarket, pharmacy etc. There is also a bus at the shops that will take you to the city. Just a 10 minute walk from the new Canberra Light Rail which will start operating soon.
The family also has bicycles that you would be welcome to use – Canberra is a beautiful city to cycle around and they are only 4km cycle from the cit & 10 min cycle/30 min walk from Dickson – a large shopping precinct with bars, restaurants and lots of shops, banks etc.
The mum would appreciate help with dinner preparation and tidy up, help with bedtime routine and bedtime, occasional help with laundry (but won’t be expected to do it all!)
We are looking for someone who is friendly, willing, cheerful and fun! Who wants be part of this little family and feel comfortable here.
Generous pocket money will be paid for helping out between 25/30 hours a week.
Canberra is full of wonderful galleries, museums, walks, cycles, etc so plenty to fill your time. There is a large network of Au Pairs in Canberra so making new friends is easy and extra work is always available for extra money.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood teacher.
The position is full time, contractual for 6 months with possibility of further extension or move to a permanent position.

It is essential that you are a natural team player, a proactive person who takes complete responsibility and ownership of the tasks of the institute, provides guidance to others but also takes responsibility for implementation and sees through the completion of tasks within given timeline. You are flexible when it comes to responsibilities and tasks

Responsibilities:

• Planning overall teaching goals and directions for classes regarding curriculum

• Design detailed curricular goals, train the teachers and assist in implementation

• Oversee implementation of teaching goals and methods. Modify the curriculum goals and approach, based on the kindergarten’s learning principle

• Create positive, well-organised and attractive learning environments including procurement/ creation of resources focused on child development

• Conduct adhoc consultations where required

Language and experience requirements:

• Native level fluency in English ( C2 level; IELTS band 8.5 and above ) is required. Please do not apply if you do not have C2 level fluency.
