You will be working amongst a team of 10 in the lead generation centre reporting to the Lead Generation Manager. The marketing team generate various marketing campaigns that generate warm leads from people who are interested in getting a hearing check, it will be your role to call these people with the intent of setting up an appointment for them at their closest centre.
That means you will be making outbound calls, trying to secure a minimum of 18 appointments per day, to do this role well you will be confident making outbound calls, you should have a clear speaking voice and be patient dealing with people over the phone as many of their clients will likely be elderly.

$30/hr + Superannuation

Our client is an international company that was established in Australia. They are a swimware and accessories brand based in Frenchs Forest on the Northern Beaches. They now have an opening for a Customer Service Team Leader with previous experience to support their customers and sales team in a contracted position.

Responsibilities:
Provide training for Customer service day to day processes as required. Ensure Customer service team are meeting KPI requirements with regard to work flow Liaise with Warehouse regarding prioritization of orders to be completed and overtime requirements. Monitor data processes as required to ensure Key Account expectations are met. Perform ad-hoc audits of Customer Service processes to ensure accuracy of records (e.g. Pricing/Stock Availability reports/etc.) Receipt, consolidation and confirmation of APAC orders. Weekly tracking and monthly reporting of Actual Sales data vs Forecasts The Successful applicant will have:
