The role will involve the following:
Developing excitement and passion around our products and department Meet monthly sales targets set by management Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitor's products. Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager | Jeep and Suzuki

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic and process driven Sales Consultant that wants to take the next step in their career You must be passionate about the product you sell and delivering superb levels of customer service for two iconic brands, Jeep and Suzuki, working in one of Sydney's fastest growing areas. The Role will still require you to sell whilst coaching, mentoring, and learning other Management responsibilities along the way
The Ideal candidate will display high levels of product knowledge and also have the opportunity to train and/or mentor others in the team with possible future progression within the business. As well as being responsible for day to day basic aspects of a new car dealership
The role will involve the following:
Maximize sales volume and growth through sales opportunities Exhibit a high level of product knowledge of cars and the brands associated Ensuring best customer experience in all customer touchpoints Exceeding Targets and KPI's whilst assisting in day to day running of a sales team Maintaining showroom, stock and dealership display Exposed to Sales related Administrative duties and OEM requirements from time to time The successful candidate will need the following:
Great people and organisational skills Ability to meet targets and achieve set KPI's Hardworking, committed and highly organised. Sales and customer service experience preferred. Current NSW driver's license
