About the role
We are expanding to establish Warwick as a major centre for seniors care in the Southern Downs region and you will be a big part of that. You should really enjoy working with older people and may describe yourself as having a "calling" for the work. With the ability to prioritise and manage workloads according to resident’s needs, you are also able to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplined work team.
You can effectively communicate at all levels enabling you to achieve best nursing practices in accordance with legislation, common law and quality improvement. Understanding the importance of providing quality care to our residents, you feel rewarded by creating a genuine impact.
