Project Specialist - Portfolio Hub
Purpose of this role:
- To develop and maintain methodologies, tools and frameworks supporting successful project management - To provide strategic, analytical and management skills, identify business improvement opportunities and skill gap requirements - To ensure realistic project plans are developed and maintained and that regular quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure - Advise on the available governance, standards, procedures, methods, tools and techniques relating to project management
- Take responsibility for the provision of support services to projects - Demonstrated experience recommending project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects - Demonstrated experience setting up and providing detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques. - Demonstrated experience supporting project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings
- Experience investigating and documenting the internal control of specified aspects of automated processes and assess compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of technical specialisms, provide detailed advice regarding their application and execute specialised tasks. The specialism can be any area of information or communication technology, technique, method, product or application area.
