To be successful in this role you must have prior experience
Using MYOB (Account Right Online) software
Accounts Receivable end-to-end processing, reconciliation and payments
Accurate data entry of supplier invoices
BAS & IAS
Payroll using MYOB
Entering costings and budgets
Advanced Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills
The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Excellent communication & problem solving skills
A high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to differing situations, tasks and responsibilities and use your initiative.
Reception - answering calls, taking messages, greeting 'walk ins'.
Liaising with suppliers.
Must have current drivers Licence
This full time role includes all clerical duties relating to the management of the Accounts Payable & Receivable including the input of information into the computer system, reconciliation of accounts, payments and liaising with suppliers, data entry for accounts receivable including invoicing customers, and receiving payment and following up on outstanding accounts (debtors)
