We are looking for a bright, outgoing, organised, self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and creative manager to run our award-winning backpacker hostel - Kununurra YHA

Responsibilities for the role include, but not limited to
- Attending to the day-to-day management of the business
- Human resources management
- Marketing and promotion
- Daily supervision of guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, security and property maintenance
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients (employers)

Requirements
- Be well presented
- Committed to outstanding customer service
- Work independently with a team environment
- Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license
- Be flexible with work hours and be prepared to be on call
- At least 1 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager in any industry, but ideally tourism or customer based.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication & organisational abilities

Rate of pay: Depends on the level of experience.

This role is ideal for an individual who has a passion for people and is interested in working in a busy London office, yet gaining experience recruiting into the recruitment markets in Australia and New Zealand.
