Ensure safe operations in compliance with Safe Work Systems, along with knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation. This facilities company based in the beautiful Kalgoorlie has a number of venues in the region, one of which being their trendy cafe that they are looking to recruit a new head chef for. They are looking for someone to run the kitchen full time so this will not be a FIFO opportunity. 
Your new role You will be responsible for the entire back end of the cafe. There is a well received menu and an established rostering and ordering system in place, however you will have full autonomy to make adjustments and improvements where you see fit. You will be working 2 morning shifts and 4 evening shifts per week.
What you'll need to succeed You will need to have experience running a kitchen, or be an experienced Sous Chef looking to take on a head position. You must be willing and able to live in Kalgoorlie for this position, as there is no possibility of FIFO.
