Hays has strong relationships with the Geelong based Government organisations and one of our clients currently requires an experienced Executive Assistant to assist a new Branch Manager.
Your new role
Tasks will include (but not be limited to);
Provide exceptional support and coordination for the manager
Coordinate your managers diary with exact precision
Monitor and manage a high volume, complex email inbox and systemise it
Delegate, follow up and be outcome focused on the managers behalf
Prepare various documentation such as board papers, minutes, agendas and reports
Arrange travel requirements
Build exceptional internal and external stakeholder relationships
Assist with any requirements of the manager to allow them to excel in their role
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant
Be highly organised, flexible and embrace change
Strong IT and systems knowledge
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders
High level organisational and coordination with an exceptional attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment
Strong work ethic and be equally as effective working in a team or independently
Australian Citizenship required
