This centrally located government organisation in Geelong requires an Access Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 Months due to continued growth within the team.
YOUR NEW ROLE
In this role you will be required to provide accurate responses to phone and email enquiries based on set policies, you will ensure all documentation received is complete and entered onto relevant IT systems within set timeframes, maintain ongoing records, manage both incoming and outgoing correspondence. You will also be required to provide quality customer service to clients, provide support to internal and external stakeholders. It is essential in this role that you can quickly adapt to changing priorities and be enthusiastic to assist the team in any ad hoc administration tasks required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
As the ideal candidate, you will have accurate and efficient typing skills, high quality customer service and demonstrated high level administration experience. You will show initiative, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a decision maker. You will be a team player, and possess strong organisational skills. A proven ability to work autonomously and prior experience working within a Government or large organisation will be an advantage.
