We work in both commercial and domestic markers and we require people with the right knowledge and experience to join our close knit team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Relations: Handling all aspects of building contracts, communication and time management with our highly valuable clients.
Employee Relations: Coordinating, scheduling and maintaining our in house crews. As well as working with the HR manager to recruit, train and develop our teams.
Contractors: Find & retain, maintain relationships and schedule works with contractors from all trade backgrounds.
Suppliers: Maintain relationships, ordering, negotiating and trouble shooting.
Consultation: Measure ups, quoting, up-selling and advocating for our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
Being a qualified roofer seeking an opportunity to move into a new and different role would be ideal. If you are ready to be off the tools but still in the game this could be perfect for you.
We are looking for people able to run the Site Manager role autonomously, competently and confidently.
People with a positive, can do and proactive approach to work will fit perfectly with our highly successful team.
