The site requires connection of old dams back to the process plant and some of this early work will involve pipework installation and dam renovation. Experience in reviewing documents and developing process systems will be well regarded. The applicant must be professional, efficient, hardworking and have the ability to create a good rapport with GPs, staff and patients. We are looking for someone with passion and that will be committed to the role. 

You will be working in a vibrant and busy environment providing quality healthcare, with an interesting and varied case load.

This is a permanent part time position and will include holiday relief.  Job share would be considered for the right applicant.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Triage/First aid assistance with emergency procedures, ECG
BP
Injections and medication administration
Assistance with minor procedures
Wound care 
Spirometry and audiometry
Urinalysis
Child and adult vaccinations,
Pre-medical measurements e.g. height, weight, visual acuity,
Sterilisation,
Maintain a safe orderly practice environment, Chronic disease management clinics (including completion of Care Plans and Health Assessments)
General practice nurse duties, or as delegated by doctors
Stock control

Skills and experience
The essential criteria:
Current Nursing Registration
Experience in chronic disease management
Possess good IT skills, (you will be required to complete IT based management plans and assessments)
Excellent organisational and time management skills 
Participate as a team member in a busy clinical environment 

Desirable criteria: 
Knowledge of Best Practice clinical software or similar  Experience as a Practice Nurse
