This well-known Highlands organisation requires an experienced payroll professional with supervisory experience and a managerial outlook.
 
You'll handle the weekly payroll end-to-end for 150+ people and employee enquiries. You'll incorporate all legal and statutory requirements, plus monitor and improve payroll processes and train new employees.
 
Working with the Operations Manager and Catering Manager, you will have:
 
Extensive demonstrated experience as a Senior Payroll Supervisor. Working knowledge of computerized payroll software systems. Strong knowledge of and interpretation of relevant awards & EBA's. Legislative understanding including leave entitlements, terminations and tax. Exceptional PC skills, especially with payroll, spreadsheet, human resources, and time management software. Attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent communication skills.
 
Your role will include assisting with HR functions such as such as new employee processing, orientation, and allowances administration. You will work closely with Finance in a detail-oriented and deadline-based environment. You will also assist our external accountants and auditors with business enquiries when the need arises or as directed by management.
