Effectively lead lighting projects from inception through to successful completion, ensuring the time frames and costs are achieved in accordance. Develop and implement an annual Business plan and Budget, in conjunction with the Managing Director, identifying and meeting agreed effect growth strategies and targets to ensure the ongoing success of the Business. Provide effective day to day staff leadership, support and Management of the Team. Ensure Projects are completed on time or ahead of schedule in a cost effective manner and within budget. Compiling sales statistics and preparing various reports for Management. Manage Project proposals, quoting, Tender preparation and submissions. Participate in regular pricing reviews and assist in the implementation of such following appropriate communication internally and externally. This requires exceptional communication and customer service skills, previous experience is ESSENTIAL.

You will be responsible for the day to day Management and leadership of the commercial lighting business, acquire new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies to ensure the ongoing success and profitability of the business. We are engaged in a number of projects currently across the metro area including Multi Site and Storey Residential Building as well as Apartments, Hotels, Shopping Centres, Schools and Aged care facilities.
This requires exceptional communication and customer service skills, previous experience is ESSENTIAL.
