An exciting opportunity has emerged to be a part of our friendly and supportive People Operations Team. We're looking for a go-getter, with demonstrated administrative and organisational skills. Someone that can manage varied high priority tasks within limited timeframes. This is a very busy and challenging, dynamic and varied role, where no two days will be the same.
This position will see you assisting the team with all HR administrative duties such as;
Processing new starter paperwork, for payroll (HRIS), ensuring all documents are returned, completing compliance checks and maintaining information accurately on central database;
Administering change of employment conditions in the payroll system, including allowance calculations, position changes and terminations.
Being the initial contact for enquiries to the People Operations team and directing queries accordingly; and
Providing support to the People Operations team with the orientation and education of new staff in relation to HR policy and procedures.
This position would be ideally suited to someone who;
Has solid time management skills, including the ability to determine workflow priorities and assume responsibility for the delivery of outcomes;
Is proficient with ICT systems with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly (payroll packages Chris21 /iChris experience desirable);
Has exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy skills;
Is enthusiastic and energetic, who is committed to working collaboratively with the People Operations team, to achieve the desired outcome;
Has well-developed appreciation of the need for confidentiality; and
Has Human Resources exposure highly regarded.
