- Participate in service and organisation planning and design, including development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and protocols;
- Supporting staff with the Clients Service Plan process lifecycle;
- Provide direct practical assistance and implement strategies (e.g. training) to build services' capacity to work with complex clients; and
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships key stakeholders.

To be considered for this position you will:

- Hold one of the relevant tertiary qualification;
- Possess extensive experience in the mental health, general health, housing, disability, drug & alcohol, justice, youth or child protection systems;
- Have extensive experience working with clients with complex needs and an understanding of the challenges faced by service providers;
- Have demonstrated professional insight and self-awareness, including the ability to learn and grow from constructive feedback and actively work towards improving areas identified; and

Little Zak's Academy is a chain of Childcare Centres located in Sydney and prides itself in ensuring quality care.
We are seeking an experienced Kitchenhand to help our Chef prepare warm, nutritional meals for the children in our care using rotational menus.
This is a casual position, with the attractive hours of 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday, no weekend work!
