The role
The company has residential based role for a Process Operator to join the established team at the Mt Cattlin operations. Mt Cattlin provides a very pleasant work location near the south coast of WA with the nearby towns of Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun that offer an inviting combination of rural and coastal lifestyle.
Your responsibilities as a Process Operator will be for the safe and efficient running of the process plant. This will require your absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace.  The work is on a 12-hour rotating shift on an 8/6 – 9/5 roster to ensure the maximum production quantity and quality.

The key activities and responsibilities you will have as a Process Operator reporting to the Shift Supervisor at the Mt Cattlin spodumene processing plant are:
Monitor and control plant operations for target production and quality Assemble and dismantle equipment and fittings in ore-processing plant Operate processing plants and maintain records using manual and computer-based systems Mix ore-treating materials Anticipate and address process and technical problems in a timely manner and identifying opportunities for improvement Participate in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs Take samples of materials for testing/QA Clean, wash and maintain equipment and processing facilities and participate in preventive maintenance activities as required Communicate with colleagues from other areas e.g. Maintenance to ensure process operations are effectively supported  National Police Clearance - or be willing to obtain

Project Maintenance Planner

The Mt Cattlin mine is an open pit mine providing ore feed to the recently expanded and refurbished 1.6 million ton per annum capacity processing plant.  Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible as part of the Mt Cattlin optimisation project for further developing and updating the Process Plant maintenance plan.
The Role
The company has a FIFO position for a Project Maintenance Planner on a 5/2 roster, to join the Projects team in assisting to bring online the process upgrade project for its Mt Cattlin, Ravensthorpe operation. The primary purpose of this role is to assist the project team to establish a fit for purpose maintenance planning system and bring live the system in conjunction with upgrade works to allow a smooth transition into operations and maintenance.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the maintenance planning system is ready for operational handover in the required schedule with all systems including structure tree components, planned maintenance tasks, spare parts and manning schedules. Main responsibilities include:
Programmed maintenance generation using PRONTO, with responsibility for planning and scheduling of new maintenance functions Update maintenance records with removal and addition of plant through the PRONTO system Defining first level stock items and allocating spare parts to functions Collaborate with managers, superintendents and supervisors in preparing and reviewing plans to ensure timely and successful execution of work
To be successful in this role you will have:
Trade or Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline Experience in Maintenance Planning using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) - Pronto Familiarity with maintenance of mining/mineral processing plant and equipment
