Project Manager HVAC
The Client
An established Brisbane based specialist in the provision of bespoke design, installation and service of commercial and residential HVAC systems. This company prides itself on delivering a quality service and its experience in delivering even the most technically complex projects. This company works on an array of D&C and retrofit projects in luxury residential, shopping centres, commercial high-rises and educational facilities typically valued between $300,000 and $3,000,000.

The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager the successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the delivery of commercial and residential HVAC projects, generally valued between $300k and $3m, including financial management/cost control, staff management, labour sourcing and liaising with clients. This position is suited to an individual who is able to direct and inspire others within their team and capable of improving on and introducing new procedures as required.
The Requirements

Tertiary or other relevant qualification Exceptional experience in HVAC engineering principles Some previous experience in the management of HVAC projects Previous experience with installation of VRF, water cooled duct, chilled water units and equipment Proven ability to keep a project on budget and schedule - able to analyse and comprehend costs, documents and reports related to the project Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS office products Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisation capabilities
