The 'Ideal candidate' will have:
* A Tertiary degree in Environmental Science / Ecology or equivalent
* Around 5 - 10+ years relevant postgraduate experience
* Previous environmental consultancy experience
* Good report writing skills
* Knowledge of relevant WA, NSW or QLD legislation
* Project Management ability
* Client Management ability
* Experience in Fieldwork
* Ability and desire to help mentor more junior staff

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity available for full-time Operations Team Members to join our team in Snap Fresh.

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will be working within a team producing meals that meet client specifications with attention to food presentation and quality.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
Receipt and storage of raw materials;
Weighing, blending, batching and processing ingredients;
Operating processing, assembly or packaging equipment;
Assembly of products on the production line;
Dismantling, cleaning, sanitising and reassembly of production equipment;
Sampling and quality checks of products;
Preparation and despatch of orders.

The Person
This role will suit someone who wants to learn about food manufacturing, enjoys working in a team environment and is customer and safety focused. The successful candidate has great communication skills and is flexible to work 14.00pm to 21.30pm Monday to Friday.

· Process sale for the correct item and correct quantities of the item;
· Check the item displayed on the monitor to ensure that the item being processed is the actual item being sold;
· Handle cash properly. All cash including coins should be kept in the till. No cash is to be kept in loose anywhere;

2. Customer Service
· Ensure that customers receive prompt and unbiased attention to their queries and complaints in relation to products;
· Take responsibility to ensure that customers are referred to the correct person if unable to handle the query or complaint;
· Take responsibility for ensuring that all customers are served in a respectful and friendly manner so as to retain them.

3. Occupational Health & Safety
· Ensure that the cashier counter is kept clean and free of dust at all times;
· Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and wear uniform in accordance with company policy;
· Ensure safe work practices and good housekeeping at all time;
· Abide by all applicable OHS procedures the safety of staff and customers;
· Ensure the proper procedures for storing of cash during an emergency is strictly followed.

4. Other Duties
· Shop N Save Supermarket encourages multi-skilling of its employees. As part of this, employees may be required to do some work that does not fall directly within their job description. Cashiers will be required to do other work in order to meet operational exigencies. This may include, amongst other things, activities such as performing stock counts, assist in packing the shelves, stock audits etc. It is expected that all lawful instructions will be obeyed.
