Participate in the development of any training related material that deals with or is designed for assigned projects or pilots.
Develop and Deliver Sales Training & Workshops

Create job aids geared towards streamlining sales operational process.
Deliver New Hire sales presentation and Variable Incentive Overview for every new hire class, and provide trainers with the sales metrics and sales expectations.
Assess the performance of our basic sales metrics (Offer Rate, Accept Rate and PPeC) and develop targeted skill workshops geared towards reducing # of outliers
