About the role: 
We are expanding and now require a second front office coordinator. This position will be working in a team of 2 at front office. This busy role will challenge and develop your skills, with ongoing training and external professional development provided. You will be responsible for answering the phone, booking appointments, greeting patients, processing payments, providing exceptional customer service and managing our patient database. On some occasion you may be required to do chairside assisting and help out with miscellaneous clinical duties. (Initially there will be more chairside duties but the longer term role will be mainly front office duties)

Clients have complex care requirements so these positions are best suited to qualified, professional support workers. We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated experience in similar roles. Candidates who have experience in the development and implementation of Positive Behaviour Support plans will be highly regarded.

All of the services that we partner with are AGPAL accredited and passionate about improving the quality of health within their community. The working hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with no weekend work or on call. You will be working in a team of nurses and Aboriginal Health workers, and often other General Practitioners. 
 The daily rates range between $1,200 - $1,500 per day + GST. Software systems used are often Medical Director, Best Practice or Communicare.
