Our client is a long established National Fleet Management organization located in the northern suburbs of Perth. They are seeking to employ an additional Maintenance Controller or Fleet Controller in their modern office complex.
One rostered Saturday morning per month is required. Qualification as a Technician or Mechanic is mandatory and you must have heavy vehicle experience. You must be computer literate and have strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and spoken. You will use your skills as a technician to determine the validity of repairs or servicing by repairers seeking approval for the work.
The position can be likened to the "policeman of repair costs" for fleet vehicles. Your function will be to analyse and approve intended and scheduled repairs and servicing costs by dealerships and a large range of specialist repairers.
Salary for this is up to $65k + super depending upon prior experience.

VENDWEST Vending Machines is the largest coffee vending machine operator in Western Australia and we are the official agent for Nestle Professional Vending Services in this state.
The company operates a sizeable fleet of coffee vending machines and bench top coffee machines that we supply to public venues and work places around Perth and Western Australia.
Our staff clean and refill the machines on a weekly basis and we are also responsible for the onsite repairs and maintenance of each machine.

Job Description : To respond to client call outs, fault find and repair faults as they occur at metro area sites, in company owned free standing and bench top coffee vending machines.
To travel to site to undertake repairs and where necessary retrieve machine and undertake repairs at workshop in East Victoria Park.
Occasionally stand in for machine fillers during periods of leave.
Prepared to show initiative cleaning components, repairing and refurbishment of warehouse machines, and all manner of parts and spares.
Experience : No direct coffee machine experience is necessary as some training will be provided and the machines are not very complicated. However, a sound mechanical and/or electrical knowledge background is a must and any previous experience maintaining and fixing coffee machines will also be highly regarded.
Age is no barrier to this job. Can suit student or semi-retired.
Salary : $25 per hour plus superannuation 
Hours : 3 days a week, 9 – 5 initially, (flexible) with the possibility of the role becoming full time for the right candidate.
