About the Role
Working at our Supported Independent Living (Group Home) division based in Western Sydney, you will play an important role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live independently in the community and to achieve their individual goals.
We are seeking Disability Support Workers with previous experience working with adults in Supported Independent Living settings to join our team on a Casual and Permanent Part Time basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who display challenging behaviors and be available across a 24/7 roster that includes regular shift work, active night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Assistance with clients daily living (including personal care) • Participation in activities of daily living • Assisting Clients with Community access and transport • Maintaining and monitoring person-centered plans • Following individual support plans and behavior support plans where required • Documentation and progress note keeping
About You
You are a professional, caring, compassionate person with a genuine interest in helping our clients achieve their goals. You will have;
