In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Create and communicate a favourable image for the brand
• Establish and maintain contacts both internally and externally to gather information on rules, regulations and policies to safeguard the airline
• Ensure the implementation of corporate affairs protocols
• Undertaking and commissioning public opinion research, analysing the findings and planning public relations and promotional campaigns
• Identify and understand the Air India brand challenges and future opportunities for growth and positioning
• Develop a proactive strategic plan for positioning the Air India brand that is in line with the long-term vision for the organisation
• Plan and organise publicity campaigns and communication strategies

To be successful in this role you must:
• Have relevant qualification and/ or relevant experience
• have time management skills
• have problem solving skills
• adequate knowledge of local, national and international airport affairs requirements
• ability to handle any large crisis or emergencies
