is based in the Mulgrave area and currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis. This company is a large manufacturing organisation that specialises in FMCG products.
as the Customer Service Representative will see you sitting in the customer service team and performing duties such as;
Taking inbound phone calls to input new customer orders
Supporting account managers with administration duties
Outbound phone calls to update customers on ETA of orders and/or follow up calls
Processing invoices and creating purchase orders as needed
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be someone who can;
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Previous experience in a similar role (customer service administrator, sales administrator)
Experience using systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook) – Skills testing will be required
