Your new role As part of the mowing crew, you will need to have professional experience with;
Front Deck and Zero Turn Mowers Edging/Whipping Hand Mowing Brush cutting Mulching Planting Weeding and some litter collection
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate must have; MR Truck Licence Proven professional experience operating ride on mowers (Zero Turn and Front Deck) Certificate III Horticulture or Turf Management would be a bonus Strong work ethic and proven time management skills Great can-do attitude

The Project and Client:
The Project is a 3 level Office strip out with some element of structural works, running until Christmas. The project is in the heart of the CBD and you will be working as Supervisor overseeing safe works are carried out, in line with the program. Should the job go well, the builder will take you on to deliver the 8 week commercial fit-out in the new year.
You will be representing a country builder, who have been picking up a range of Melbourne works, due to their strong relationship with the project management firm, responsible for the project. There will likely be an opportunity to pick up more work after successful completion of this project, or possibly even a permanent position, should you suit them.
The Role:
As the Site Manager, you will have excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate the site, you will be in charge of OH&S, and will have experience working on Commercial Fit-Out projects. To be considered, you must have the following:
White/Red Card Have local experience as a Site Manager Worked on Similar projects - specifically experience of demolition and fit-out.
