The primary purpose of this position is to manage a development project right through from conception to completion.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal Site Supervisor candidate will:
Must have a demonstrated work history with experience in subdivisions and roadworks. 5+ years supervisory experience. Experience in delivering Subdivision or Roadwork Projects. Working knowledge of budget & program processes. 100% commitment to safety. Understanding of WHS, Environmental & Quality Assurance requirements. Ability to work with contractors, clients & project personnel to achieve project outcomes. Strong verbal & written communication skills.
