Your key priorities will be to:
Manage the day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures and KPI targets Provide leadership and guidance to all staff Manage rosters using our time and attendance system Ensure the centre is compliant with all State Legislation and National Quality Standards Recruit, induct and support new team members Manage the budgets of the centre Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times Maintain a harmonious relationship with parents, G8 Education Management, team members and children.
Your skills and qualifications should include:
Holding a Diploma in Children Services or Early Childhood Degree A current DCSI Clearance (SA) Willingness to sign up as Nominated Supervisor Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program Extensive experience in the sector Great communication, leadership and management skills Being highly organised and ability to multi-task

We are looking for trainers with a range of skills that are suitably qualified to teach courses from Certificate II level, up to and including a Bachelor Degree.
The ideal candidate will:
have either completed a Cert IV TAE40110, or would have commenced/ nearing completion of the Cert IV TAE40116 (or qualifications deemed equivalent), possess the qualification in the field in which you are applying for (vocational education): C3 in Baking C3 in meat processing retail C3 in patisserie C3 in stage management Set & scenery construction Lighting Sound & vision Staging Fashion - Design Patternmaking & construction Illustration C4 in Millinery; or one AQF level higher (higher education only); and completed your apprenticeship in the above vocations with at least three years post-apprenticeship experience.

Prince Alfred College is seeking an Academic Leader for our Languages faculty in the Secondary school to start in Term 1 2019. This position is offered as a full time Teaching substantive with the tenure of Academic Leader offered as a 5 year contract.
We are seeking an outstanding teaching professional to join our College.  The successful applicant will lead the Languages team and teach either Spanish, Italian, French or Chinese. 
Experience with both SACE and the International Baccalaureate Diploma would be advantageous.  Contribution to the pastoral and co-curricular programmes is expected.
