The organisation is part of the Senova Group and this is head office for Australia and you will be working amoungst a team of 10 in the lead generation centre reporting to the Lead Generation Manager. The marketing team generate various marketing campaigns that generate warm leads from people who are interested in getting a hearing check, it will be your role to call these people with the intent of setting up an appointment for them at their closest centre. That means you will be making outbound calls, trying to secure a minimum of 18 appointments per day, to do this role well you will be confident making outbound calls, you should have a clear speaking voice and be patient dealing with people over the phone as many of their clients will likely be elderly.
