This Australian-owned, innovative company is a leading utility connections company that offer customers a valuable service and saving them a lot of time and stress. Based on continued growth in NSW, they are recruiting for an additional BDM to join the team.
Your new role
You'll act as the primary point of contact for all real estate partners, generating new business and working relationships while maximising profitability of existing accounts. You will secure appointments with real estate agents in order to actively promote the company's services and rewards programs. You'll negotiate and secure referral agreements through a persuasive pitch, and build rapport with clients, leading to long-term prosperous relationships. You'll represent the company at corporate events, including conferences, award nights and industry events.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a strong and proven sales record, with excellent communication and influencing skills. You'll be self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic,enabling you to fit well into the company's outgoing, dynamic culture. You'll have excellent presentation skills and be adept at consultative selling. Building rapport and dealing with a diverse range of people will come naturally to you. You will be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks and workload. You'll have a proven ability to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the customer.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a $80k base + super + $20k car allowance + 20% bonus. You'll join an enterprising company with support from account managers, other BDMs and management team. You'll be able to work completely autonomously while being part of an industrious team.
