Lead the Salesforce BAU Team of 2-4 developers, optimize and support CRM BAU functions and delivering solutions that deliver value to the business • Manage the development lifecycle of BAU projects ensuring the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale • Manage and work closely with BAU developers and external partners to translate basic requirements into process and system designs ensuring cross-departmental alignment and enterprise architecture are considered whilst giving oversight to the development and configuration of the Salesforce platform • Be responsible for organising sprint planning session, user story elaborations, grooming and prioritization • Oversee the design of solutions and implementation to ensure alignment with the approved strategies under BAU functions and reference architectures • Work closely with Practice owner, Practice BA, Domain Arch and delivery partners to establish relationship towards successful BAU delivery model • Provide go-live support, including responding to operational issues, new env preparation, and hands-on testing. • Identify solutions to the development and technical team based on approved business and functional requirements • Take ownership of Salesforce premium plus Admin functions and accelerator engagement with Salesforce customer success team

Maintain effectiveness of cloud environment via continual improvement of the service-oriented architecture • Be part of the Global Platform Operations team responsible for deployment, platform maintenance and customer support • Monitor and finetune systems to ensure an optimum level of performance, availability, stability, security, recoverability and cost. • Automation and configuration, reporting, build, testing, planning, event monitoring and incident analyses and response • Provide world-class technical support within an SLA driven environment • Be part of the Global Customer Support team to ensure that support issues are tracked and managed according to SLAs. • Troubleshoot problems for cloud environments and recommend corrective action(s) • Use root cause analysis (RCA) to identify recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development • Be the main technical contact for a large local enterprise whose email is located in an AWS hosted email platform • Develop long-term relationships with customers • Manage workloads to meet deadlines with minimal supervision • After hours on-call as required
