About the Department

The Early Years Learning and Care Team supports Catholic Schools to build the capacity of early childhood leaders and educators. We are seeking a highly qualified professional in the newly created role of Care Service Coordinator within the Early Years Learning and Care Team. This is a full time position commencing as soon as possible and concluding 3 years from commencement date.   
The Role
Key responsibilities for this role include:  
Support the Early Years Learning and Care Team Leader with the running of the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and Long Day Care (LDC) services within CEWA. Support the Early Years Learning and Care Team to identify and expand school based care services Develop a highly skilled team who will support schools with regulatory and licensing aspects of the service. Support services with the Child Care Management System and financial requirements.  
Your Background
University Degree in Early Childhood Education or related area. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. Sound knowledge and experience of the Child Care Management System (CCMS). Sound knowledge and experience of the National Quality Standard.
