The successful applicant will assist with the preparation and verification of rosters and ensuring compliance with associated EBA and Modern Award conditions as well as contractual arrangements with both employees and clients.
 
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Relevant rostering/and or compliance experience Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels A proactive and energetic approach to their work High attention to detail Exceptional time management Excellent customer service Ability to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be self driven, vibrant, passionate and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation at all times.
