The Role
In the role of Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will responsible for providing required geotechnical support across site, ensuring that hazards are minimised, and our client will be able to meet their targets, both short and long term.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Surveyor, the focus of your new role will be to provide survey control at our client's open pit operation in a timely and efficient manner.
Your new duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Drill and blast surveys Ore mark-ups Geological and geotechnical structure surveys Prism monitoring Infrastructure and water level surveys The Requirements

The Opportunity
One of our gold exploration clients are soon to commence a short-term drilling program in WA. They are offering the opportunity for an experienced Geologist to join their team and be responsible for the day to day operation of an RC drill rig and associated logging.
The Requirements
You will be an enthusiastic Geologist who has sound experience in Australian gold and base metals exploration and possess the following:
Degree in Geology A minimum of 2-3 years of post-graduate experience Prior RC drill rig management experience Ability to commence in the month of February A commitment to ensuring safety in your work The ability to work both autonomously and within a small team What's On Offer

In this role you will be based primarily out of an office environment, yet will be required to provide field support and be available for field inspections.
