About the role
We are currently seeking an intermediate level experienced Legal Secretary to join our Restructuring & Insolvency team based in our Melbourne office.  
The team act for Australia's largest banks and financial institutions on a range of insolvency, turnaround and securities enforcement matters across a range of industries.  
This role will assist a Partner, Special Counsel and two Lawyers in all areas of secretarial support, including managing crucial team administration, handling client queries and managing the monthly billing process.
What does the role involve? 
Diary management Administrative support to the partner and fee earners in the practice group Managing confidential firm information and opening new matters Inputting and maintaining client data into client relationship software (Interaction) Assisting with client queries Managing the monthly billing process

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience as a Legal Secretary within the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group or prior experience in a similar role.
