One of our large financial services clients is looking for a Change and Communications Manager.
This is an inital 3 month role with posible extension based in Sydney, CBD. 
The purpose of the role is work with the Change Delivery Lead to develop and manage the Change Management and Communication for the Rainbow Program of work. It will work within the client's change management frameworks in conjunction with the Enterprise Change team to ensure Project Rainbow is ready for the successfully delivery of the Program. It will also develop and implement a successful engagement communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are prepared and ready for the changes that will drive Business Outcomes
Key accountabilities you will have:
Scope, Design, Manage and Execute the change and communications plan for the Rainbow Program Manage and execute the Business Sponsor / stakeholder engagement plan across the program to ensure key stakeholders are engaged in an efficient and effective manner. Coach and influence leaders in their role in effective implementation of the change Work closely with key sponsors, stakeholders and all members of the Program Team to enable effective change Building the change capability within the key business stakeholder groups Engage with enterprise change community of practice to make sure change is constantly aligned with the enterprise change frameworks
Required experience & skill requirements:
Detailed knowledge of insurance and related processes A minimum of  5 years experience in leading a large scale, complex organizational change and communcations Strong Leadership skills People management / focus Experience in leading teams Experience in working with multiple delivery stakeholders
Required education / qualifications requirements:
