About You:
Essential:
Certificate IV qualification or higher in Social Work, Human Services, Social Science, Health, Allied Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Family Intervention, Management, Project Management/Coordination or relevant field.  Previous experience in case management and coordination activities using a client information system. Demonstrated ability in working with multiple agencies in providing access to holistic care for clients. Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes. Knowledge of the supports available to young people in the areas of mental health, education, employment and housing. Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively to young people through the use of decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills. The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher or working towards to join our busy centre along with filling the role as the Nominated Supervisor for the centre. 
This role will be a Teaching Role due to the small size of the centre.
In this role your duties will involve working closely with an experienced team and will include responsibilities such as planning and programming, portfolios, observations and all other associated documentation tasks.

Providing a safe and secure environment for the young people to recover from their trauma while enabling them to achieve positive outcomes;
Provide high quality daily care through cooking nutritious meals and housekeeping, encouraging them to attend school and participate in sporting, community and cultural activities;
Positive role modelling and mentoring the young people in teaching social learning, responsibility, empowerment, as well as guiding them through growth and change.
Our homes operate on a 24/7 basis and thus successful applicants must be available to work a roster which includes evenings, weekends and public holidays, with overnight stays an essential requirement for our Residential Care Workers.
