The Position
In the role of Assistant Manager - FOH operations you will be assisting the Site Management Team in the leading of our team of Store Managers across the following
People Management - the focus of this role is to oversee service excellence while ensuring efficient teams and processes within the various stores. This includes recruitment, training, rostering, daily operations and performance management
Financial Management - ensuring adherence to financial management and planning is critical to the success of the business. This includes an understanding of wage cost analysis, ATV and upselling to maximise revenue opportunities
Teamwork & Leadership - Leading the various FOH team by example. You lead from the front, hands on. Teams are influenced by your drive to excel.
What You Need
RSA and have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar high-volume, fast paced environment in a supervisory or management position where you have been responsible for the leadership of a FOH team. You have some experience in rostering and a good understanding of wage cost and food cost

Multi-Site Sydney Airport Operation

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Food & Beverage Manager for a large Multi-Site Food & Beverage Operation at the Sydney Airport.
The role will be challenging and complex, requiring that the demands of multiple stakeholders are met.
You will possess solid experience in the management of teams including Rosters, wage costing, staff development and training.
This is a hands on role taking responsibility & ownership of Site operations whilst monitoring and influencing all revenue & sales, controlling of costs and business direction.
